Pada tanggal 6 November 2010 (hari ini) Super Junior menggelar mini konser perayaan ulang tahun grup mereka yang ke lima sejak debut pertama mereka di Inkigayo tahun 2005 di Korea University Gymnasium bersama dengan seluruh fans mereka.
Namun bukan hanya Super Junior dan fans mereka diKorea yang merayakan tapi seluruh fans di dunia berkumpul bersama membuat sebuah surat fans untuk Super Junior dalam 30 bahasa yang berbeda.
Menurut pendiri dan manajer proyek,SuJu-Global-Elfs.com, link ke blog proyek ini menerima lebih dari 5000 tampilan ucapan dari 83 negara.Hebatnya, situs ini berhasil menarik banyak pengunjung dalam waktu hanya 12 jam saja. proyak ini berhasil menulis surat penggemar dalam bahasa Korea, Inggris, Arab, China, Russia, Jepang, Thailand, Turki, Norwegia, Ceko, Bulgaria, Hungaria, Yunani, Rumania, Polandia, Belanda, Swedia, Portugal, Spanyol, Perancis, Italia, Jerman, Somalia, Flipina/Tagalog, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hindi, Tamil, dan Mongolia.
