Ringkasan :

Jeon Woo Chi adalah sebuah novel klasik yang tidak diketahui asalnya

Drama dengan latar belakang dinasti Joseon ini mengisahkan Jeon Woo Chi (Cha Tae Hyun), murid Hong Gil Dong, yang mendapat ilmu sihir Taoisme karena menelan manik-manik rubah berekor sembilan (gumiho). Jeon Woo Chi harus menemukan dan mengalahkan Ma Suk (Kim Gab Soo) dan Gang Rim (Lee Hee Joon), yang dengan sihir hitamnya telah menghancurkan negara Yuldo dan berencana menguasai Joseon. Jeon Woo Chi juga harus merebut kembali kekasihnya, Hong Mu Yeon (UEE) yang telah dihipnotis oleh Ma Suk dan menjadi jahat.

Untuk menemukan kawanan penyihir jahat Ma Suk, Jeon Woo Chi menyamar sebagai jurnalis surat kabar kerajaan yang pintar namun ceroboh, Lee Chi.
